HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO LIVE AT THE ORCHARD?

Monthly fees start at $1,775 for Studio Apartments, and One Bedroom Apartments start at $1,975 per month depending on the level of care provided.

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN FURNITURE?

Yes. All apartments are unfurnished. Residents are encouraged to decorate their own apartments and we will assist you in choosing the right furniture. All kitchenettes are equipped with full-sized refrigerators and microwave ovens.

I CAN NO LONGER TAKE A TUB BATH. DO ANY OF THE BATHROOMS HAVE SHOWERS?

All bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers with safety bars and fold-down shower seats.

MAY I COME AND GO AS I CHOOSE?

Absolutely. There are no restrictions or curfews for shopping, visiting friends and family, attending church or outside activities, or traveling.

ARE THERE VISITING HOURS?

Visitors are welcome during reasonable hours.

WHAT ABOUT BUILDING SECURITY?

Residents will be able to lock their apartments for privacy and safekeeping of their personal property. Access for parking is through an electric-gated entrance.

CAN I BRING A PET?

Pets will not be allowed.

I STILL DRIVE MY OWN CAR. CAN I BRING IT TO THE ORCHARD?

Safe parking spaces are available for resident automobiles.

WILL I BE ALLOWED TO SMOKE?

For your safety and health, The Orchard prohibits smoking in any area of the building. However, smoking is permitted in a designated area located outside the facility.

CAN I HAVE A COMPANION IN MY APARTMENT?

Apartments may be double occupied as long as both residents meet move-in requirements. Second person fees range between $600 to $800 per month, based on the level of care provided.
